What is the LEED Programme ?
The LEED Programme analyses and disseminates
innovative ideas relating to local development,
employment and the social economy.
It covers decentralisation of employment policies, local
partnerships and governance, entrepreneurship, social innovations;
globalisation and local authorities.
Employment Strategies in Transition
- OECD LEED Conference in Leipzig, Germany, 11 March 2002
Under the auspices of the mayor of Leipzig,
Mr. Wolfgang Tiefensee, the OECD LEED Programme
is organising a one-day conference on new employment strategies
especially targeting young,
female and aging job seekers.
The conference will also focus on the issue of education
and life-long learning.
